Troubleshooting

Bamboo handle develops a slight discoloration or mildew.

Ensure the toothbrush is thoroughly dried after each use and stored upright in a well-ventilated area. Mildew can usually be wiped away with a damp cloth and a mild soap, followed by complete drying. If significant mildew develops, replace the toothbrush.

Bristles fray quickly.

Ensure the child is not brushing too aggressively. Gentle brushing is most effective and prolongs bristle life. If fraying is excessive even with gentle use, consider replacing the toothbrush sooner than the recommended 2-3 months.

Child is resistant to using the toothbrush.

Utilize the colorful handles to make brushing a game. Let the child choose their color each day. Pair toothbrushing with a song or timer to make it more engaging. Ensure the soft bristles are comfortable for them.
