Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup: Unroll the dance floor completely on a clean, dry, and flat surface. Allow it to lay flat for several hours, ideally weighted down at the edges, to help it acclimate to room temperature and remove any creases from packaging. If needed, use gaffer tape or dance floor tape to secure the edges to prevent tripping hazards. The floor can be cut to size using a sharp utility knife or strong scissors.
Compatibility: This dance floor is best suited for use on hard, flat surfaces such as concrete, wood, or existing hard flooring. It is not recommended for installation over carpet or uneven surfaces. It is compatible with various dance shoes, including ballet slippers, jazz shoes, and character shoes. Ensure the subfloor is free of debris before laying.
Care: Clean the surface regularly using a damp cloth or mop with mild soap and water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or excessive water, as this can damage the PVC vinyl. For stubborn marks, a diluted all-purpose cleaner can be used. Wipe dry after cleaning. Store the floor rolled up in a dry, temperature-controlled environment to prevent damage.
