FAQs
What is the maximum weight capacity?
The shelf has a maximum weight capacity of 7 kg.
Can I install this on drywall?
Yes, but you must use appropriate high-quality wall anchors designed for the weight of your items, or ideally, screw into a wall stud.
Are mounting screws included?
The product includes the necessary mounting system for the invisible effect, though you may need specific wall-type anchors based on your wall material.
What are the dimensions of the shelf?
The shelf measures 50 cm in width, 23 cm in depth, and 3.8 cm in height.
Is the shelf suitable for a bathroom?
Due to the MDF material, it is not recommended for high-humidity areas like bathrooms as it may lead to swelling or surface degradation.
How do I clean the surface?
Use a soft, dry cloth to dust the surface regularly. Avoid liquid cleaners or excessive moisture.
Troubleshooting
The shelf feels loose or wobbles
Check that the mounting screws are tightened completely into the wall anchors or studs and ensure the shelf is pushed flush against the wall.
Shelf is sagging in the middle
Verify that the total weight of the items placed on the shelf does not exceed 7 kg and ensure heavy items are placed closer to the wall.
