Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting Up
- Winding: If the watch has stopped, manually wind it by turning the crown clockwise 20-30 times. This will store power in the mainspring.
- Setting the Time: Pull the crown out to the final position. Rotate the crown to set the correct time.
- Date (if applicable): Some models have a date function. The date can usually be adjusted by pulling the crown to an intermediate position and turning it.
- Securing the Crown: Once the time is set, push the crown back in and screw it down (if applicable) to ensure water resistance.
