The runner features a latex, gel backing that is waterproof, rot-proof, and provides a non-slip grip on hard flooring like wood, vinyl, or ceramic tiles. While it offers some grip on carpet, its effectiveness may decrease on thicker carpets. The material is also bleach-proof, UV-resistant, anti-static, and moth-proof, complying with BS 4790 for low ignition radius and hot nut testing.
