The Argon Tableware 11000ml Gastronorm Container is designed for professional chefs and catering staff who require a durable, high-capacity solution for food storage and service. Its primary benefit is its universal GN standard compatibility, which allows it to integrate perfectly into existing kitchen frames and prep stations, though users should note that as a heavy-duty metal container, it is not transparent, meaning contents are not immediately visible without opening the lid or labeling.

Yes, the robust metal construction is designed to withstand a wide range of temperatures, making it suitable for both cold storage and high-heat steam table applications.
This listing is for the container only. Standard GN-compatible lids of the matching size can be used with this unit.
The container is made of durable metal, but using metal utensils may cause surface scratching over time. We recommend using silicone or plastic utensils to prolong the finish.
Yes, this container is designed for commercial food service and is made from materials safe for direct food contact.
You can measure the height and width of the container; standard GN sizes have specific dimensions that differentiate them from smaller or larger capacities.
Ensure the gastronorm frame is not warped or bent from previous heavy-duty use; verify the frame size matches standard GN dimensions.
Hand-dry the container with a clean microfiber cloth immediately after the dishwasher cycle completes to prevent mineral buildup.
To set up, simply verify your existing equipment frame is rated for standard Gastronorm (GN) dimensions. Since this container follows the universal standard, it will slide directly into place without the need for additional adapters or tools. For care, while the unit is dishwasher safe, it is recommended to use non-abrasive detergents to maintain the professional brushed finish over time. Avoid using harsh steel wool or abrasive scouring pads, as these may scratch the surface and encourage food buildup in the grooves of the scratches. Always dry the container thoroughly after dishwashing to prevent water spots on the metal surface.
