FAQs
What are the exact internal dimensions of the frame without the mount?

Can I replace the plastic glass with real glass?

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Carefully open the frame backing.
- Place your artwork or photograph onto the backing board, ensuring it is centered.
- If using the mount, place your artwork behind the mount first, aligning it as desired.
- Replace the plastic glass and then the backing board, securing it firmly.
- Attach appropriate hanging hardware (not included) to the back for wall mounting.
Compatibility:
This frame is suitable for displaying photos, prints, artwork, and certificates. The internal dimensions accommodate standard paper sizes, and the included mount is cut to fit common photo sizes while protecting the image edges. The frame's neutral black and gold colour scheme makes it compatible with a wide range of decor styles.
Care:
To clean the plastic glass, use a soft, damp microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they can scratch or damage the plastic. The frame moulding can be wiped clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Ensure the frame is completely dry before reassembling.
