Can be used with all styles of Flat Track 100 to provide a dampening action when door is closing. For soft open and soft close, use two kits per door with a minimum door width of 500mm. Please note that doors are not included. The Flat Track Mini soft closer helps to dampen the closing door and can be used with any of the Flat Track 100 systems. The Coburn Flat Track 100 Soft Closer Kit can be used with all styles of the Flat Track 100. It is designed to reduce the noise from slamming doors. Designed to be concealed behind doors. Easy and simple to install. Provides longevity as the soft close reduces stress on the surrounding door frame that is associated with slamming. Can be retro fitted on existing systems.
