This Trend BR04 router cutter is designed for precise hinge recessing. It features a 12mm diameter and a 1/4" shank, making it ideal for use with Trend Hinge Jigs. The two-flute tungsten carbide tipped cutter offers good chip clearance and is suitable for various routing applications including engraving, grooving, rebating, and shallow mortising. It can be used on softwoods, hardwoods, MDF, plywood, and chipboard. The TC Centre Tip aids in drilling and it has a bottom cut feature. Please note that corners may require final trimming with a chisel.
