The rolling pin measures 40cm in length.
Lightly dust the rolling pin and your workspace with flour before starting.
Apply a small amount of food-safe mineral oil to the pin with a cloth, let it soak in, and buff away any excess.
Lightly sand the affected area with very fine-grit sandpaper and follow with an application of food-safe oil.
No assembly is required for this tool; it is ready to use straight out of the box. For optimal maintenance, always hand-wash the rolling pin in warm, soapy water and dry it immediately with a clean towel. Avoid soaking the wood or leaving it in a dishwasher, as moisture can cause the grain to swell or the pin to crack. To maintain the integrity of the beechwood, apply a light coat of food-grade mineral oil occasionally to keep the surface supple and resistant to moisture. Store in a dry environment to prevent warping.
