The Vogue Pasta Machine (QF-150) is designed for home cooks and culinary enthusiasts looking to create authentic, fresh pasta from scratch. Its primary benefit is the versatile dual-cutter system that allows for various pasta types, though users should note that as a manual appliance, it requires consistent manual effort to operate. With its durable chrome-plated steel build and nickel-plated rollers, this unit provides a reliable, food-safe method for rolling dough and cutting noodles in two standard widths.

No, the machine is not dishwasher safe. Cleaning it with water may damage the internal components and cause rust.
The rollers are designed for a 6-inch width.
You may apply a tiny drop of food-grade mineral oil to the external gear mechanisms if you notice any resistance while cranking.
A standard egg and flour pasta dough that has been kneaded until smooth and rested for 30 minutes yields the best results.
Yes, the provided clamp is adjustable to fit most standard kitchen counters and tables.
Your dough may be too wet. Ensure you add enough flour during the kneading process and lightly dust the dough sheets with flour before passing them through the rollers.
Ensure the clamp is tightened fully and attached to a flat, sturdy surface. If the surface is too thick, move to a thinner edge.
Ensure the dough is not too soft. Allow it to rest for at least 30 minutes before rolling. Check the cutters for dried dough debris.
Setup is straightforward: slide the clamp onto your counter or table edge and tighten it until the machine base is firm and does not wobble. For maintenance, never submerge the machine in water. After each use, brush off any excess flour and dried dough particles from the rollers using a dry, soft brush or cloth. If dough becomes stuck, use a toothpick or wooden skewer to clear it gently. Keep the internal gears lightly lubricated with a small amount of food-grade oil if the handle starts to feel stiff during rotation. Store in a cool, dry place to prevent rust.
