ROC offers a wide range of standard and heavy-duty replacement springs, manufactured in Lesjöfors, Sweden using cold coiling technology. Each spring undergoes a multi-stage process, including shot peening to improve fatigue strength and prevent breakage. ROC springs are protected from corrosion with Zinc Phosphate and an epoxy powder resin coating. All springs are inspected and tested to meet high quality standards and are marked for traceability. For safety, suspension springs should always be replaced in axle pairs. Ensure correct spring size and end shapes prior to fitting. Springs should be fitted with the same orientation as the original equipment. Use special tools for compression and ensure installation is done by a competent person. Check spring pans, bushings, and link-arms for damage. After installation, verify correct spring location and check wheel alignment. All ROC springs comply with ISO9001 & ISO14001, and are produced in an IATF16949 environment.
