Troubleshooting

Ribbon tie feels loose

Ensure the drawstrings are pulled evenly from both sides to maintain tension before tying.

Velvet has collected lint

Use a lint roller or a soft-bristled clothes brush to gently lift particles from the fabric surface.

Skincare product cap is difficult to open

Ensure hands are dry and free of excess cream before attempting to grip the cap for better leverage.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

No assembly is required for this product; it is ready to use immediately upon opening. To maintain the velvet fabric, avoid exposure to direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading. If the exterior requires cleaning, use a soft, dry brush to gently remove dust, or a very lightly dampened cloth for spot treatment—do not submerge the pouch in water. The skincare products should be kept in a cool, dry place to maintain their fragrance integrity and consistency.
