This Deta L1701WH3 IP65 LED Fire Rated Downlight is dimmable and supplied complete with a 5 Watt GU10 LED lamp, providing Warm White light at 2700K with 345lm. It features a 36° beam angle and is compatible with suitable LED dimmer switches. The downlight is designed for easy installation with mounting springs suitable for single and double thickness plasterboard, and a twist & lock lamp-holder ring. It includes large loop-in loop-out terminal housing with screwless push terminals for quick connections. The fitting has a gasket on the flange to prevent air and sound movement and allows insulation to be laid over it. Side and top vents ensure efficient heat dissipation. It is Class I rated, requiring an earth connection. This downlight complies with BS EN 1365-2: 2014 and relevant parts of building regulations for fire resistance (Part B - 30, 60 minutes in I-joist ceiling construction) and sound resistance (Part E). Dimensions are 85mm diameter with a 107mm rear projection, requiring a 70-75mm cut-out.
