Everlasto No.2 Red Wrapper Sash Cord 6mm Thick (approx). Superior quality waxed cotton sash cord made with a strong polypropylene core and braided cotton outer. Waxed for weatherproof durability. Ideal for use with traditional sash windows, but can also be used with racing, pulley systems, or as a traditional clothes line. Break Strain - 350kg (approx). Made in the the UK by James Lever of Bolton - ropes and twines since 1856. GENUINE 'EVERLASTO' - the long established name for sash cord in the UK. STRONG - made with a high tenacity non-stretch polypropylene core to give this cord high load bearing capabilities. WEATHERPROOF and ROT-PROOF - made with a 16 plait braided waxed cotton outer to ensure this cord will not rot when exposed to the elements. SMOOTH - the waxed cotton finish of this cord will ensure it runs smoothly in pulley systems so windows can slide easily in their runners.
