The ASelected Hand Deburring Tool is designed for metalworkers, woodworkers, and DIY enthusiasts who require a reliable solution for smoothing edges and refining holes. Its primary benefit is the 360-degree rotating blade system, which ensures smooth, effortless removal of burrs on varied surfaces; however, users should note that the manual nature of the tool requires steady hand control for highly precise or delicate materials.

Yes, the HSS blades are capable of deburring stainless steel, though the blades will wear down faster than when used on softer aluminum or plastic.
The BS1010 and BS1018 are standard blades for general deburring, while the BS3010 hook blade is specifically shaped for cleaning edges and slots.
The mounting system uses a universal shank design common in industry-standard deburring handles, making it compatible with most standard replacement blades.
No, simply choose the blade you need and snap it into the handle to start using it immediately.
You should replace the blade when you notice it starts tearing the material rather than slicing it, or if the edge feels dull when running it against your fingernail.
Ensure the blade shank is fully inserted past the spring-loaded detent mechanism.
Clear any debris or metal filings from the rotating head assembly and apply a tiny amount of machine oil.
Push the release sleeve down firmly while pulling the blade straight out; do not twist during removal.
To set up the tool, depress the release collar on the mounting head to insert the chosen blade shank until it clicks into place. For care, keep the HSS blades clean of metal shavings and dust by wiping them with a dry cloth after each use. Store the additional 14 blades in a dry environment to prevent corrosion. Periodically check the aluminum handle for debris buildup to ensure the rotation mechanism remains fluid. If the blade feels dull, inspect the edge for nicks and replace it with a fresh blade from the set to maintain optimal cutting performance.
