FAQs
Is the fabric machine washable?
No, the fabric is fixed to the frame. It should be spot cleaned with a mild upholstery-safe cleaner.
Can I remove the back cushions?
The back cushions are integrated into the design to ensure they stay in place, so they are not designed for removal.
What is the weight capacity of the sofa?
The sofa is designed to comfortably support three average-sized adults, approximately 110kg per seat.
Does this sofa require assembly?
The sofa typically arrives fully assembled, though you may need to attach the feet once it is in your preferred room.
Is this sofa suitable for pets?
While the fabric is durable, it is not specifically pet-proof. Frequent vacuuming is recommended if you have shedding pets.
Troubleshooting
Seats feel firmer than expected after delivery.
Pocket sprung furniture often requires a short 'break-in' period. Regular use over the first few weeks will allow the springs and foam to soften and conform to your seating habits.
Fabric looks slightly flattened.
Use a clean, soft-bristled upholstery brush to gently lift the fabric nap and restore the texture.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Ensure you measure your hallway, doorway, and stairwell before purchase, as the sofa arrives as a single unit. Use furniture sliders to maneuver the piece into position without scratching hardwood floors.
Care Instructions:
- Routine Maintenance: Vacuum the sofa weekly using an upholstery attachment to remove dust and crumbs from the crevices.
- Fabric Care: Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry, white cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners that may damage the fabric finish.
- Cushion Maintenance: Regularly rotate or fluff the back cushions to maintain their loft and prevent uneven fiber distribution.
- Sunlight Exposure: Position away from direct, harsh sunlight to prevent potential color fading over extended periods.
