ROC offers a wide range of standard and heavy-duty replacement springs, manufactured in Sweden using cold coiling technology. Each spring undergoes a multi-stage process, including shot peening for improved fatigue strength and corrosion protection with Zinc Phosphate and epoxy powder resin paint. All ROC springs are inspected and tested to meet high quality standards and are marked for traceability. For safety, suspension springs should always be replaced in axle pairs. Ensure correct spring size and end shapes before fitment. Use appropriate tools and follow repair manual instructions for safe installation. Check spring pans, bushings, and link-arms for damage. After installation, verify correct spring location and wheel alignment. ROC springs are manufactured in accordance with ISO9001 & ISO14001, and in an IATF16949 environment.
