FAQs
What are the exact dimensions of the small size?
The small size typically measures Length 36cm x Width 32cm x Height 18cm. It stands approximately 26cm with the handle included. Please note that due to its natural material, dimensions can vary slightly.
Is the Cordura lining waterproof?
The Cordura lining provides water resistance and makes cleaning easier, but it is not fully waterproof. It's best to keep the basket in a dry environment or a covered outdoor space.
Can this basket be used for storing other items?
While designed for firewood, it can also be used for storing blankets, magazines, or toys, adding a rustic touch to any room. Ensure items stored are dry.
Is the rattan treated with any chemicals?
The product is manufactured from sustainable materials. Specific treatment details are not provided, but it is generally safe for household use.
How should I store the basket when not in use?
Store the basket in a dry, well-ventilated area to prevent mold or mildew. Avoid damp environments.
Will the color fade over time?
Natural rattan can be subject to color changes, especially if exposed to direct sunlight. Keeping it out of prolonged direct sun will help maintain its original color.
Troubleshooting
Basket appears misshapen upon arrival
As rattan is a natural material, some reshaping may occur during transit. Gently try to reshape the basket by hand. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Lining seems loose
The Cordura lining is designed to be snug. If it appears significantly loose, check if it's properly tucked in. Minor looseness is normal and does not affect functionality.
Exterior is dirty
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a mild soap and water solution, then wipe with a clean damp cloth and allow to air dry completely.
