The modern display shows mode, humidity levels, target humidity, and on/off timer. With easy-to-interpret visuals, there's no more navigating through buttons to check settings—everything is presented at a glance. Smart Control with Meaco app. Introduced for 2024, the MeacoDry Arete® Two is the first Meaco dehumidifier giving you full control in the palm of your hand! The Meaco App now offers seamless control from your mobile phone. Read your current humidity levels, change to laundry mode or adjust the on/off timer without even having to be in the room. You’ll also now be able to control your Arete® Two with voice command including Google Home, and Amazon Alexa. Enhanced and whisper-quiet performance. Underneath its sleek exterior, the Arete® Two has an advanced DC Fan Motor, delivering a 60% power increase and a third high speed fan for faster and cheaper drying. Despite this performance boost, it maintains efficient energy consumption (costing just 7p/ hour to run) and low noise levels (from 35dB). And on night mode, you’ll know the dehumidifier is working hard, even on the low fan speed, for minimal disruption and maximum performance. Superior Laundry Drying. With adjustable louvres to direct the airflow at the washing and an additional fan speed option 3, you can dry your washing even more efficiently. Combined Dehumidifier and Air Purifier for year-round use. For added versatility, Arete® Two dehumidifier/ air purifiers offers an independent Air Purification Mode for when you don't need dehumidification. This allows you to purify the room's air without having to dehumidify at the same time (or you can use both at the same time!). We have not included a free hose in our dehumidifiers for a few years now because more than 90% of users told us that they do not use them, so they just end up in landfill. Our aim is to reduce plastic waste, so we changed the way we do things. To make things easier, Arete® comes with a hose adapter to allow you to use a standard garden hose for continuous drainage if you need it. This reduces plastic waste and gives you the flexibility to use the unit in the best way for you. Defying gravity?. We know that sometimes running continuous drainage from a countertop into a sink isn't an option. If you're looking to run continuous drainage upwards, you'll need to consider the Arete® pump, sold separately. You may have positioned your Arete® on the kitchen floor and have a hose up draining up to the sink. Alternatively, you may be running Arete in a boat, garage or basement and want to run the hose up and out of a window. We understand that running water uphill takes a little extra work!
