The Scaritech Neo Container is an essential tool for professional bakers and pastry chefs who require a reliable, high-volume environment for dough fermentation and kneading. Its standout benefit is the specialized, angle-free interior geometry that maximizes hygiene and streamlines the dough removal process, though users should note that its 20L capacity requires significant dedicated shelf or counter space in smaller kitchens.

Yes, the Scaritech Neo is manufactured using food-safe materials suitable for professional culinary applications.
The containers are designed for stability, though care should be taken to ensure they are seated properly when stacking.
Ensure the container is completely dry before adding dough and lightly dust with flour if working with extremely high-hydration recipes.
Use a food-grade degreaser or a stronger concentration of dish soap to break down the natural oils from the dough and rinse thoroughly with hot water.
Before the first use, wash the container with warm water and a non-abrasive detergent to ensure any manufacturing dust is removed. The container is designed for standard ambient fermentation; however, avoid placing it directly onto extreme heat sources. To maintain the integrity of the material, avoid using metal scrapers or sharp utensils that could scratch the smooth finish, which could eventually lead to dough sticking. After each session, rinse with warm water and wipe with a soft cloth to maintain the non-stick surface properties.
