This homeopathic remedy is specifically formulated to alleviate common jet lag symptoms such as sleepiness, nausea, muscle pain and stiffness. It's a natural way to support your health. Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue 1 day before travelling. Immediately before travelling. Repeat 3 times a day if symptoms occur until symptoms subside, or as directed by a doctor. Children under 2 years of age: Ask a doctor. Turn tube upside down. Twist tube to release 5 pellets.
