The BRIO Mini Straight Tracks are an essential expansion set designed for young train enthusiasts looking to complete their railway layouts with precision. These 54mm tracks solve common geometry gaps in complex track builds, offering superior stability and compatibility with the entire BRIO World range. While these pieces provide necessary flexibility for custom configurations, they are small in scale, requiring adult supervision for very young children to prevent loss or accidental ingestion.

These tracks are primarily crafted from FSC-sourced European beech wood, with small plastic elements used for specific connector types.
While they are designed for BRIO World, they are generally compatible with other standard wooden railway systems, though a perfect fit is only guaranteed with authentic BRIO products.
The set includes four pieces: two with peg-to-peg ends and two with hole-to-hole ends.
Each mini straight track piece is 54mm in length.
No. They are made of wood and should be cleaned with a dry or lightly dampened cloth only.
These tracks are recommended for children aged 3 years and older.
Check the connection points for debris or small wood splinters. A light sanding with fine-grit sandpaper can smooth out rough edges if necessary.
Ensure the track is resting on a level surface. Uneven floor textures can cause the small 54mm pieces to shift slightly, creating a slight misalignment.
Setting up the tracks is straightforward—simply align the magnetic or wooden peg-and-hole connectors with your existing BRIO track segments and push them gently until they sit flush.
Compatibility: These tracks are designed for the standard BRIO World wooden rail system. They are not intended for use with non-standard wooden train brands that may have differing connector geometries.
Care Instructions: To maintain the finish and structural integrity of the wood, keep the tracks in a dry indoor environment. If cleaning is necessary, use a slightly damp cloth to wipe down the surface. Avoid submerging the wooden components in water, as this can cause the wood to warp or the finish to degrade over time.
