Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up the mixer is straightforward. Place the unit on a flat, dry, and stable surface. Insert the desired attachment into the drive shaft, pushing up and turning it to lock it into place. To operate, use the tilt-head release lever to lower the head into the locked position before turning the speed dial.
For care and maintenance, the stainless steel bowl is durable, but it should be washed with warm soapy water and dried immediately to prevent water spots. The dough hook, flat beater, and whisk should also be hand-washed. The main mixer body should never be submerged in water; simply wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and dry it thoroughly. Ensure the ventilation ports at the back are kept clear of debris to prevent the motor from overheating during prolonged use.
