Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Connect the Mackie MCU Pro to your computer using a standard USB cable.
- Power on the control surface using the included power adapter.
- Your computer should recognize the device as a Human Interface Device (HID).
- Open your Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) and navigate to its MIDI or control surface settings.
- Select the Mackie MCU Pro as your control surface. You may need to select the appropriate protocol (e.g., Mackie Control).
- Follow any specific DAW instructions for configuring the MCU Pro, such as assigning button functions or setting up multiple control surfaces.

- Ensure the unit is placed on a stable surface to prevent accidental drops or damage.
