Setup
To ensure optimal performance and comfort, first select the correct glove size. Once on, secure the half wrap wrist straps firmly but comfortably around your wrist. The strap should be tight enough to prevent movement but not restrict blood flow or flexibility. Make sure the fingers are fully extended into the glove and the Fingersave spines align with your fingers.
Compatibility
These gloves are designed for general football (soccer) goalkeeping and are suitable for use with standard footballs on various pitch types (grass, artificial turf). They are primarily aimed at youngsters.
Care
Proper care is vital for extending the lifespan and maintaining the performance of your adidas Predator Match Fingersave Goalkeeper Gloves.
- Hand Wash Only: After each use, gently hand wash the gloves using lukewarm water.
- Avoid Harsh Soaps: Use a mild, non-abrasive soap if necessary, or simply plain water. Do not use strong detergents or bleach.
- Rinse Thoroughly: Ensure all soap residue is removed by rinsing completely.
- Air Dry: Gently squeeze out excess water (do not wring). Allow the gloves to air dry away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Lay them flat or hang them by the wrist. Avoid using tumble dryers, radiators, or direct heat, as this can damage the latex.
- Store Properly: Once dry, store the gloves in a cool, dry place. You can lightly dampen the palms before storage to prevent the latex from drying out and cracking, but ensure they are not wet.
