Latin Cookery Class: Choose from Spanish Tapas or a Mexican Feast. The Spanish Tapas class will teach you to master dishes like Gambas al Pil Pil, Patatas Bravas, and albondigas. The Mexican Feast will allow you to delve into flavors with dishes like Camarones con Tocino, Shredded Chicken Veracruz, and Salsa Verde. Sausage Making Class: Design your own delicious pork sausages from scratch using locally sourced meat, veggies, and spices. Learn flavour blending techniques from expert instructors.
