Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Simply plug the USB-C cable from the hub into a compatible USB-C port on your laptop. Connect your peripherals (monitors, USB devices, power adapter) to the respective ports on the hub. Ensure your laptop's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode) for video output. For optimal performance and charging, connect the 100W PD port to your laptop's power adapter and then plug it into the hub.
Compatibility: This hub is compatible with most modern laptops featuring USB-C ports that support DP Alt Mode, including Windows and macOS systems. Specific models like Dell XPS and ThinkPad are noted for compatibility. Ensure your laptop's graphics card can support the desired display resolution and number of monitors.
Care: Keep the hub in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating. Avoid exposing it to liquids or extreme temperatures. Clean the exterior with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Ensure all connections are secure but do not force cables into ports.
