Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Connecting the Dock: Plug the USB-C connector of the dock into your laptop's USB-C port.
- Connecting Peripherals: Connect your peripherals (monitor, keyboard, mouse, external hard drive, etc.) to the appropriate ports on the dock.
- Powering Your Laptop: The dock supports USB Power Delivery. Ensure that your laptop also supports USB PD.
Compatibility
The dock is compatible with laptops that have a USB 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1) Type-C port and support Windows 10, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
Care
- Avoid exposing the dock to extreme temperatures or humidity.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the dock. Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaning agents.
- Ensure the USB-C connector is clean and free of debris.
- Store the dock in a safe place when not in use to prevent damage.
