The playset is suitable for children aged 3 years and older.

The battery type required will be specified on the packaging. Typically, it will require alkaline batteries.

The track layout is fixed and designed as a complete set. Additional track pieces are not included.

Use a damp cloth to wipe down the surface of the playset. Do not use harsh chemicals or submerge any parts in water.

The set includes Percy and Bulstrode.

Ensure the track is correctly assembled and the train is placed firmly on the track. Check the track surface for any obstructions.

The set is designed primarily for use with the included motorized Percy train. Other trains may not be compatible.

Check the batteries in Percy and ensure they are installed correctly. Ensure the switch is turned on and that there is no obstruction on the track.

Check the batteries in the bridge. Press the button firmly to activate the sounds and phrases.

Make sure the track pieces are aligned and firmly connected. Check for any damage to the track connectors.
