Fulling Mill Must Have Nymphs Fly Set

These flies are primarily designed for trout, both stocked and resident fish, in stillwater and river environments.

Select nymphs based on the current insect activity. Observe any insects in the water and match the fly pattern as closely as possible.

Use a leader strength appropriate for your fishing conditions and the size of fish you are targeting. Tippet size between 4x and 6x is generally suitable for most nymph fishing.

Cast the nymph upstream or across the current. Allow it to sink to the desired depth. Use a slow, controlled retrieve, or let the current carry the fly. Watch for the strike, and set the hook when necessary.

Store the flies in a fly box to protect them from damage and to keep them organized. Ensure the flies are dry before storage to prevent rust.
