FAQs
Is the changing mat waterproof?
The changing mat is designed to be wipe-clean, making it highly resistant to moisture and easy to sanitize between uses.
Can this bag fit a laptop?
While it is designed for baby essentials, the spacious main compartment can accommodate a standard 13-inch laptop or tablet, though it does not have a dedicated padded sleeve.
Does the bag stay upright when placed on the ground?
Yes, the structured base allows the bag to stand upright, which makes accessing internal items much easier when you are not wearing it.
How do I secure the bag to my suitcase?
Slide the luggage strap located on the rear of the bag over the handle of your suitcase.
Is the fabric machine washable?
No, it is recommended to spot clean with a damp cloth to prevent damage to the internal insulation and bag structure.
Troubleshooting
Metal zips feel stiff or stick during operation.
Ensure the zip track is clean and clear of fabric or debris. A small amount of candle wax or pencil graphite can be applied to the teeth to improve movement.
Stroller clips are difficult to attach.
Ensure you are attaching the clips to a sturdy part of the stroller frame and not the fabric, which may provide too much resistance for a secure click.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
The My Babiie Backpack Changing Bag requires no assembly. To attach to a stroller, simply snap the integrated clips found on the shoulder straps onto the stroller frame. For care, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth as needed. The included changing mat is designed to be wiped clean after each use to maintain hygiene. Avoid submerging the bag in a washing machine to preserve the structural integrity of the internal insulation and padding. Ensure all metal zips are kept free of debris to maintain smooth operation.
