No, this fixture is not compatible with dimming technology.
The light emits a warm white glow at 3000k.
This fixture uses integrated LED technology, meaning the light source is built-in and not designed for individual bulb replacement.
The fixture has a projection of 15cm from the ceiling.
This product does not list an IP rating for moisture protection; it is intended for dry interior rooms like lounges and bedrooms.
The Eterne light measures 60cm in diameter.
Ensure you are not using a dimmer switch. This unit is non-dimmable and requires a standard on/off switch.
Check the circuit breaker to ensure power is reaching the fixture and verify that the electrical connections at the ceiling base are secure.
Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician to ensure safety and compliance with building regulations. As a semi-flush fixture, it mounts directly to the ceiling junction box.
Compatibility Note: This light is strictly non-dimmable. Ensure that the wall switch controlling this light is a standard toggle or rocker switch, as using a dimmer switch may cause flickering or damage the integrated LED driver.
Care Instructions: Dust the exterior chrome and white diffuser periodically with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals on the diffuser, as this may scratch the surface or affect light diffusion.
