The Cadac Burger Press is an essential tool for home cooks and grill masters who want to achieve professional-quality, uniform patties with minimal effort. Designed for consistency, this press ensures every burger has the same weight and diameter for perfectly even cooking, though users should note that the fixed 11cm diameter size may not accommodate those preferring extra-large or thin-style smash burgers.

The press creates patties with a consistent diameter of 11 cm.
It is recommended to hand-wash the press to maintain the integrity of the non-stick coating.
The press is constructed from high-quality, durable diecast aluminium.
Yes, it works well for vegetarian or vegan patties, provided the mixture has enough density to hold its shape.
Thanks to the high-quality non-stick coating, greasing is usually not required, though a light wipe of oil can be used if preferred.
Lightly dust the inside of the press with a tiny amount of flour or use a small piece of parchment paper between the meat and the press.
Ensure your meat mixture is cold before pressing and that you have added a binder like breadcrumbs or egg if using lean ground meat.
The press is ready for use right out of the box with no assembly required. For optimal performance and to preserve the longevity of the non-stick surface, it is recommended to hand-wash the press with mild soap and warm water. Avoid using abrasive metal scouring pads or harsh chemicals that could scratch the non-stick coating. Store the press in a dry place to prevent oxidation of the aluminium components over time.
