The FUEGO flambé burner is indispensable for a perfect crème brûlée. Thanks to the infinitely variable flame control up to 1,300°C, it is also suited to gently skinning peppers or tomatoes, transforming white egg whites on desserts or cakes into delicate brown crunchy products! The flambé burner is filled with commercially available lighter gas and has a burning time of up to 60 minutes. This professional quality kitchen torch is great for expert caramelising, browning, finishing crusts and cooking au gratin. Flame temperature of up to 1300 degrees Celsius for quick finishing! Includes steady base and contains child-proof lock. Unfilled - fuel must be obtained separately. Great for crème brulee, tarte tartin, de-skinning peppers and tomatoes or even preparing cheese on toast!
