Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Connect your professional audio source (analog or AES/EBU) to the respective 1/4 inch input terminals. Connect your SDI video source to the main SDI input and optionally, a backup SDI source to the redundant input. Connect the converter's SDI output to your destination SDI device (router, deck, or monitor). Power the converter using the provided power adapter.
Compatibility: The Mini Converter Audio to SDI 4K is compatible with SD (525i, 625i), HD (720p, 1080i, 1080p), 3G-SDI, and 6G-SDI video standards. It accepts balanced analog audio via 1/4" connectors and balanced digital audio (AES/EBU) via 1/4" connectors. Ensure your audio source and SDI destination devices support these formats.
Care: Keep the converter in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating. Clean the exterior with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure all cable connections are secure but not overtightened. Operate within the specified temperature range of 0°C to 40°C (32°F to 104°F).
