Yes, Cambro provides support for replacement parts including casters.
The lid is designed for easy access and sanitation, but it is not intended to be a hermetically sealed vacuum container.
Check for debris or hair wrapped around the wheel axle and remove it. Ensure the floor is free of heavy food spills.
Inspect the track or hinge area for flour or sugar buildup. Clean the tracks thoroughly and ensure no debris is blocking the path.
Assembly is minimal; ensure all four casters are securely attached before initial use. For daily maintenance, wipe down the exterior and interior with food-safe cleaning agents. Because the unit is made of non-porous material, it can be sanitized easily. Avoid using abrasive scouring pads that may scratch the surface, as scratches can harbor bacteria over time. Always ensure the bin is fully dry after washing before reloading ingredients to prevent clumping.
