The seal comes in a 6-meter length.
The seal is made of durable PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride).
It is designed for use in most UPVC windows and doors. Always check the existing frame and channel to ensure compatibility.
The seal is installed using a push-fit design. Simply push the seal into the existing groove or channel around the window or door frame.
Clean the seal periodically with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
The seal is designed to create a weathertight barrier, reducing drafts, preventing water leaks, and improving energy efficiency.
It is generally not recommended to paint the seal as it may affect its sealing properties and longevity.
Ensure you have the correct type of seal and that the frame is clean and clear of obstructions. Try trimming the seal slightly to achieve a better fit.
Check that the seal is fully inserted into the channel. If necessary, use a small amount of adhesive to secure it.
Ensure the seal is continuous around the entire frame and that there are no gaps. Check for any areas where the seal may not be making full contact.
