No, this is a buoyancy aid designed to assist with water confidence. It is not a life-saving device and does not replace constant adult supervision.
The suit is designed with accessible compartments. Simply open the fasteners to slide the foam inserts out when they are no longer required.
The fabric is rated UPF 50+ and blocks 98% of UV rays, though we recommend applying sunscreen to exposed areas not covered by the suit.
