The Trend VARIJIG system offers an adjustable frame and guide designed for use with a router. It is ideal for creating adjustable frames for rectangles and squares, enabling a router to cut recesses, slots, face panel moulds, and to create panel doors for kitchens and other applications. The system includes four lengths of 700mm extrusion, each featuring dual metric/imperial measuring scales, providing a working area of 600mm x 600mm. For precise cuts, it achieves cross-cut accuracy to 0.1mm; a square is recommended to ensure the frame is perfectly squared before use. The package includes a router anti-tilt block. For optimal use, a guide bush with a minimum 8mm spigot length is recommended, or the Unibase can be used as a guide. The jig can be secured using standard clamps, or an optional clamp kit can be utilized. Contents: 4 x Alloy Extrusion with Scales, 4 x Corner brackets, 1 x Anti-tilt shoe, 1 x Anti-tilt Shoe fixing screw.
