Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the mirror from its packaging, ensuring you have enough clear space.
- Choose Location: Select a flat, stable surface against a sturdy wall. Consider areas where the mirror won't be easily knocked or subject to heavy traffic.
- Position: Gently lean the mirror against the wall. Ensure the base is flush with the floor and the top leans securely against the wall at a slight angle. For added stability, especially in homes with children or pets, consider using anti-tip safety straps (often sold separately) to secure it to the wall.
Compatibility
This mirror is designed to complement a broad range of interior styles, including `modern`, `bohemian`, and `country-style` homes. Its neutral `brown` color and `minimalist design` allow it to blend seamlessly with various color palettes and furniture aesthetics.
Care
- Mirror Surface: To clean the glass, use a soft, lint-free cloth or paper towel with a non-abrasive glass cleaner. Spray cleaner onto the cloth, not directly onto the mirror, to avoid drips that could seep into the frame.
- Wood Frame: For the `beautiful wood grains`, dust regularly with a dry, soft cloth. For tougher marks, dampen a cloth with a small amount of mild wood cleaner or plain water, wipe gently, and immediately dry the area thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or excessive moisture, as these can damage the wood finish.
- Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can fade wood finishes over time. Position the mirror in a location where it receives indirect light or use window treatments to protect it.
- Stability Check: Periodically check that the mirror is stable and securely leaned against the wall.
