Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up the tree involves a simple two-step process: connecting the pre-labeled branch sections to the main trunk and shaping the foliage. Spend time bending the branches gently to create a natural, asymmetrical look, as perfectly symmetrical branches often look artificial. When fluffing the leaves, start from the bottom and work your way up.
For care, the tree is largely 'set it and forget it.' To keep it looking fresh, periodically wipe the leaves with a damp cloth to remove accumulated household dust. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can strip the UV-resistant coating. If placing the tree outdoors, ensure it is in a covered area to protect it from excessive moisture and extreme wind gusts.
