Troubleshooting

Silicone top feels loose on the wooden stem

Ensure the stem is clean and free of dust, then press the silicone top firmly down to re-seat the friction fit.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setting up the TickiT Woodland Mushrooms is simple; as they come ready to use, no assembly is required. To maintain the longevity of the materials, wipe the wooden stems with a dry cloth and clean the silicone tops with mild, soapy water. Avoid submerging the wooden components in water to prevent warping. These mushrooms are compatible with most standard wooden block sets and sensory play materials, allowing you to combine them with your existing toy collection for enhanced play value. Always store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to preserve the vibrant colors of the silicone.
