A traditional, easy-to-dose chlorine granule. Stabilised to minimise chlorine loss to sunlight, these granules dissolve rapidly. Suitable for shock dosing small above-ground pools, they are ideal for regular dosing of swimming pools or spas to kill bacteria and other harmful organisms. Maintain pH levels between 7.2-7.6 for best results. For spas, maintain free chlorine residuals between 3-5 mg/l (ppm), and for swimming pools, between 1-3 mg/l (ppm). For spas with fresh water, shock dose with 50mg/l (ppm) for 1 hour or 20mg/l (ppm) for 2 hours. Apply directly to pools or spas if temperatures exceed 20°C. If below this temperature or in doubt, pre-dissolve 10g of product per 0.2 gallons (1ltr) of water in a clean plastic container, stir until fully dissolved, and add to the pool or spa while pumps are on. Repeat dose if necessary. Periodically shock dose your spa to eliminate excess contamination. For a medium hot tub of 1,000 litres (220 gallons), use 2g to increase chlorine levels.
