Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Saucony Guide 19 requires no setup; simply lace them up and head out for your run. Ensure you have selected the correct size for optimal comfort and performance.
Compatibility: These shoes are best suited for road running surfaces. While they can handle light packed gravel, they are not designed for technical trails.
Care: To maintain the performance and lifespan of your Guide 19s:
- Cleaning: After runs, use a soft brush to remove loose dirt. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or harsh detergents, as this can damage the materials.
- Drying: Always air dry your shoes. Keep them away from direct heat sources like radiators or prolonged sunlight, which can degrade the foam and adhesives.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid extreme temperatures.
