The soap dish is constructed from brass with a chrome finish.

What are the dimensions of the soap dish?

The dimensions are approximately 138mm (width) x 50mm (height) x 118mm (depth).

How do I install the soap dish?

Installation involves marking and drilling holes in the wall, securing a mounting bracket, and then attaching the soap dish to the bracket. Wall fixings suitable for your wall type are required.

Is this suitable for liquid soap?

No, this soap dish is designed specifically for bar soap.

What is the warranty period?

The product is guaranteed by Bristan, offering peace of mind regarding its quality and durability.

Can I mount this on a tiled wall?

Yes, it can be mounted on a tiled wall, but you will need to use appropriate drill bits for tile and suitable wall anchors designed for tiled surfaces.

Troubleshooting

Soap dish feels loose after installation

Re-check that the mounting screws are fully tightened into the wall or wall anchors. If mounting on tile, ensure appropriate tile anchors were used and are securely seated.

Chrome finish appears dull or discolored

Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth and a mild soap solution. Avoid harsh chemicals. Ensure all soap residue is rinsed off thoroughly.

Water pooling in the dish

Ensure the dish is mounted with a slight tilt away from the wall to allow water to drain. Check that the drainage holes (if present) are not blocked.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

  2. Mark Holes: Use the soap dish or a template to mark the drill hole positions.
  3. Drill Holes: Drill the necessary holes carefully, ensuring they are level.
