The PGYTECH MantisPod Z is a versatile handheld extension tripod designed for photography enthusiasts. It supports five shooting modes: Mantis mode, handheld mode, extension mode, tripod mode, and briefcase mode. Featuring a 3-section folding design and ball head structure, it enables innovative shooting angles like selfie extension, elevated desktop shooting, and vertical photography. The PGYTECH CapLock system allows quick and efficient camera mounting for action cameras, smartphones, and mirrorless cameras (≤1kg). This extendable tripod with camera grip functions is ideal for content creators. The 3-section arm allows for easy camera positioning at any angle and can extend up to 540mm. The intuitive operation includes a patented action camera quick-release system for instant mounting and dismounting. It is configured with both an Action Camera QR Plate and a 1/4” QR Plate for wide compatibility. The pan-and-tilt ball head offers 360° panning and 86° tilting for infinite flexibility, enabling smooth movement in any direction and both horizontal and vertical shooting. Manual twist mechanisms at pivot points ensure stability and security. The tripod is compact at 205mm, easily portable in a camera bag, and features a non-slip, comfortable grip. A lanyard is included for easy carrying and to prevent drops. Note: Mantis Mode requires a surface no more than 90mm thick, supported by the other two legs forming a triangle, and should not be used on moving objects. The product can bear a load of 1kg, or 500g in extension mode.
