The Putnams Back & Bump Pregnancy Pillow is an essential support tool for expectant mothers who prioritize comfort and natural materials during side sleeping. This dual-cushion system is designed to provide targeted relief to both the back and the abdomen, with adjustable width to accommodate changes throughout pregnancy. While it excels in breathability and eco-conscious construction, users should note that the two-piece design requires a brief adjustment period to find the perfect spacing for individual body types.

Yes, it is designed for longevity and works excellently as a breastfeeding support or a general side-sleeping pillow.
The external and internal cotton covers are removable and can be machine washed on a gentle cycle.
No, it is 100% traceable British wool, which is naturally breathable and flame retardant.
Each cushion measures H15 x L22 x W39cm.
Yes, the materials used are hypoallergenic and naturally derived.
Detach the hook and loop fasteners and re-adjust the spacing to your specific preference within the 19cm to 29cm range.
Remove the external cotton cover immediately and wash according to the care label instructions to prevent the stain from setting into the inner layers.
To set up your pillow, align the two cushions and secure them using the hook and loop fasteners to your desired width. Place the pillow on your bed so the cushions sit snugly against your front and back when you are lying on your side.
For care, remove the 100% cotton outer covers and machine wash them on a gentle cycle. The internal covers should also be removed if a deep clean is necessary. Since the filling is made of natural British wool, keep the pillow in a well-ventilated area to allow the natural fibers to refresh. Avoid soaking the wool filling directly in water, as this may compromise its loft and natural temperature-regulating properties.
