This technology uses extremely hard, laser-welded carbide teeth that are ground to a precise shape, providing superior cutting ability and lasting up to 50 times longer than Bi-Metal saws in tough materials.

For optimal accuracy, robustness, and ease of use, it is designed for the Bosch Power Change Plus keyless arbor. While it may fit other arbors, the Power Change Plus system is recommended.

Use it with the recommended arbor, apply steady pressure, maintain appropriate drill speeds for the material, and avoid impacts that could chip the carbide teeth. Proper care and storage also contribute to longevity.

The special slot design helps in accurately positioning the guide drill and significantly aids in the easy ejection of the cut material plug after the hole is made.

It can be used with most standard drills, but it's essential to ensure your drill has adequate power and torque for the material you are cutting. Compatibility with the Bosch Power Change Plus arbor is highly recommended.

If the hole saw becomes stuck, stop drilling immediately. Try rotating the drill in reverse or gently wiggling the saw. Ensure the material is properly supported and that you are not applying excessive sideways force.

Ensure the drill is rotating in the correct direction and at an appropriate speed for the material. Check that the carbide teeth are not damaged or excessively worn. Use a steady, consistent pressure.

Ensure the slot design is clear of debris. For larger plugs, a gentle tap on the side of the hole saw or using a thin tool through the slot may help dislodge the plug.

Confirm the hole saw is securely attached to the Bosch Power Change Plus arbor. Ensure the arbor is properly seated in the drill chuck. Maintain a stable grip on the drill.

Discontinue use immediately. Chipped teeth can lead to poor performance and potential damage. Replace the hole saw if significant damage is observed.
