The 10mm GBC WireBind wire can bind up to 130 pages.

What type of binding machine do I need for these wires?

You need a multi-functional binding machine that is compatible with 21-loop binding wires.

Can I unbind and rebind a document using these wires?

No, GBC WireBind wires create a permanent bond, making documents tamper-proof and not easily rebindable once closed.

Are these wires available in other colors?

While this specific product is silver, GBC offers WireBind wires in a range of colors and sizes for different aesthetic and functional needs.

How do I ensure a professional-looking bind?

Ensure your pages are correctly punched and aligned, and use the binding machine's closing function evenly and completely for a secure, neat finish.

What are the dimensions of the wire pack?

The dimensions for the pack are approximately 228 mm in width and 104 mm in height.

Troubleshooting

Wire does not close properly

Ensure the wire is correctly seated in the binding machine's closing mechanism. Check if the wire diameter is appropriate for the number of pages being bound; an overloaded wire may not close evenly.

Pages are difficult to turn

Verify that the wire has been closed evenly across all loops. Ensure the document has not been over-punched, causing the holes to be too large or misaligned.

Binding is not secure/pages fall out

Confirm that the binding machine's wire closing mechanism is functioning correctly and has been fully engaged. Check if the correct wire size for the page count has been used.

Wires are damaged during binding

Inspect the binding machine for any misaligned parts or obstructions. Ensure the wire is fed smoothly into the closing jaws.
